Exchange Policy

At Radhika’s Couture, we currently do not accept returns. Returns are only accepted in cases of damaged or defective items, and must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

  • Proof of damage (photo/video) is required for return approval.


Exchange / Replacement Policy

Exchange is available only in case of size or fitting issues and must be requested within 3 days of delivery.

Please note:

  • Parcel opening video is mandatory for any exchange request.

  • Products eligible for exchange must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Exchange can be done only once per order.

  • Products showing signs of wear, damage, or without opening video proof will not be accepted.

  • We provide reverse pickup service for exchanges; however, pickup/shipping charges of ₹250 will be borne by the customer.

  • Customers may also choose to send the exchange parcel to us at their own cost.

Once we receive the parcel and complete verification, the exchanged/replacement product will be dispatched within 2–3 business days.

Important Note: If we find that the returned parcel is not our product, we will not be responsible for any refund or exchange.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, but typically replacements will reach you within 7–10 business days.


Refund Policy

Once a return request is approved (only for damaged or defective items), we will process the refund within 3–5 business days.

After processing, the refund will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.
